Customized and Personalized Items:
We do not offer refunds (full, partial, and non-cash) for customized and personalized items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the design and text submitted. If the design submission was incorrect due to customer error (e.g., misspelled names, design elements), it is not considered a mistake on the company's part, and refunds will not be provided. In the event of a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong size, different color), contact us at ksellskreations@gmail.com promptly. Please email us with photos of the product highlighting the mistake. We will recreate and resend the item at no additional cost to you.
Reporting Damaged Items:
If an item breaks in transit during delivery, notify us immediately by emailing a photo of the broken item to Ksellskreations@gmail.com. We will remake the item and send it out again at no additional cost to you.
Handmade Variations:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two items will be exactly the same. Slight differences may occur, contributing to the uniqueness of each item.
Care Card and Product Maintenance:
Every order will include a care card outlining how to properly care for our handmade products. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand the care instructions. The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper care, and refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to improper care once received.
Shipping Fee:
All orders will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.00 USD.
